Hi, I'm Liz

I’m an outdoor-loving integrative psychotherapist working holistically using evidence-based approaches from person-centred, attachment-informed, compassion-focused therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), often in nature.

After 18 years in primary and SEND education and leading Forest School sessions, I now focus on mental health and the wellbeing benefits of being outdoors.

I’m trauma-informed and offer a safe, non-judgemental space for all ages and identities, with experience supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients.
