Then join me, a qualified psychotherapist and forest school leader for a walk and talk therapy session or talk and do session in the beautiful outdoors where we can chat and share a cuppa. Play based nature therapy also available for 5-17 year olds as well as Monthly Group Well Being sessions.

talk and do therapy

Hollistic, age appropriate therapy tailored to the interests and emotional needs of your child. 

Sit, take a walk, create or play and talk all at your child's pace, without the need to sit still, be in a room or maintain eye contact.  


Suitable for ages 5 - 17 years

Well Being Sessions

Group sessions encouraging mindfulness, self care and connection. Enjoy a walk, crafting, yoga, forest bathing, or a range of bushcraft activities all whilst having the chance to talk and be supported if you wish.
